Lightbody, expert conservation witness for First West Yorkshire, gives her
evidence in chief and is examined on it by Gregory Jones QC
In the late morning session of Day 63 of the Leeds

Jones QC concludes his examination of Ms Katie Lightbody, expert conservation
witness for First West Yorkshire, and is followed Mr Walton for the Applicant
NGT.

Jones QC re-examines Ms Katie Lightbody.

Inspector holds an open round discussion on planning conditions should the TWA
Order for the Applicant be granted.
