In the first morning session of Day 48 of the Leeds
Trolleybus Enquiry, Friday 12 September 2014, Mr Richard Caten is cross
examined by Mr Bill McKinnon for Friends of Woodhouse Moor and then by Mrs Sue
Sleeman on behalf of Ms Dawn Carey Jones for South Headingley Community
Association who was unable to attend in person.
In the late morning session of Day 48 of the
Leeds Trolleybus Enquiry, Friday 12 September 2014, the Inspector Mr Martin
Whitehead has some questions for Mr Caten on land acquisition for the proposed
NGT trolleybus scheme. Mr Walton for
NGT had no questions for re-examination.
After this, Mrs Riddell gives the first evidence for an Objector against
the NGT scheme on behalf of residents at Weetwood Court in West Park, followed
by her husband Mr Riddell on the more technical aspects of the impacts and then
is cross examined by Mr Walton.
The Enquiry now breaks for a week and resumes on Tuesday 23rd
Sept 2014 at 10am.
